Job Description :
  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications engineering, IT or computer engineering or electronics or electrical   from any recognized university .
  • Good knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in 2G, 3G and LTE RAN Transport for Design, Planning and Optimization.
  • Sound Knowledge & hands on of 2G/3G/LTE RAN interface and Node Dimensioning (Abis,Ater,Gb,IuB,Iu,S1,X2,RNC,eNodeB etc)
  • Sound Knowledge & hands on of 2G/3G/LTE RAN KPI analysis and Optimization.
  • Sound Knowledge of Route cause analysis for 2G/3G/LTE RAN issues.
  • Sound knowledge of IP basics (Routing, Switching, MPLS, QoS, VLAN/IP planning). CCNA/CCNP and similar certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to Interact with Various groups efficiently.
