Job Description :
- Responsible for handling ATM includes Pre – installation, Installation, Training, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshoot, Break Down maintenance, Customer interaction, Customer Facing.
- Attend all the complaints immediately.
- Rectify the faults and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Interact with the customer support team and R&D for major issues.
Requirements :
- Field job which involves lot of travelling and should be willing to work 24/7.
- Excellent in local language and speaking in English is must.
- Should be energetic and multitasking.
- Willing to work 24/7
- Good verbal and written communication skills, listening skills.
- Should take initiative, adaptability, customer orientation and flexible
Salary : INR 1.45 L / A – 12,000 CTC / month + Travelling Allowance
